Casino Technical Support Job at Janta Kenya
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and maintain 99.9% uptime for our casino platforms.
- Investigate and escalate technical issues (Web/HTTP, APIs, logs).
- Perform QA testing for web & Android casino platforms.
- Liaise with internal teams & global partners.
You Have:
- Solid knowledge of Web/HTTP protocols & APIs.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana) & API tools (Postman).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- 1–2 years in online gaming/betting platforms.
- Experience with Jira, JSON, XML.
