Major Accountabilities
- Globally responsible for implementing the production strategy and monitoring the execution of the crop specific production plans
- Close follow up on production performance through data analysis
- Advice to Global Production Strategy Manager
Operational accountabilities
- Plan and monitor the execution of the production quantities in alignment with the Production Diversification model
- Audit and advise the regional team on crop production protocols through field visits to the areas and regular meetings and communication
- Lead the Crop Specialist community
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the agricultural industry
- Experience in a global setting is preferable
- Knowledge of growing practices for assigned crops
- Familiarity with production research practices and field plot techniques
